1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of tafin.shop and purchases from TAFIN, operated by RIPPLINGTECH PTE. LTD. (UEN 201917410Z), 73 Ubi Road 1, #07-62, Oxley BizHub, Singapore 408733. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform; TAFIN is responsible for the products and orders we sell.

Our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy provide additional information. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Using the store

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you create an account, protect your sign-in details and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malware distribution or interference with other customers or our systems.

3. Product information

Read the product description, measurements, material, care and included-items list before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance. Styled scenes may include props that are not supplied. Packaging contents are determined by the product description, not by surrounding scenery. A US dispatch location does not mean an item was manufactured in the United States.

Follow the stated use and care instructions. Our decorative LED holders are for suitable battery LED lights only where stated; do not use open flames. A light, battery, pen, jewelry item or other accessory is included only when the product description expressly says so.

4. Prices and payment

Prices in the US market are displayed in US dollars. Standard shipping is included for eligible products to supported US destinations as stated in the shipping policy. Applicable sales tax and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. Use the payment options offered at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or other charges.

Prices may change for future purchases. We do not increase the agreed price of a submitted order without your agreement. If we discover a material price or description error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled item; we will not charge an additional amount without authorization.

5. Orders and availability

Your confirmation email records the order we received; it is not a dispatch notice. Availability can change before fulfillment. If we cannot supply an item, or an order cannot be processed because of an address or payment issue, we will contact you. Any payment collected for an item we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may decline an order where necessary to address suspected fraud, an unavailable item or a destination we do not serve. This does not limit rights relating to an order we have already accepted or payment we have collected.

6. US shipping and delays

The current US edit ships from US warehouses to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are excluded. We do not switch these orders to an overseas warehouse. See the shipping policy and the individual product page for the applicable scope and transit estimate. Processing time is additional to transit time.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, or within 30 days where no shipment timeframe was stated, we will notify you and offer the choice of consenting to a delay or canceling the unshipped item for a prompt refund. We will obtain any consent required for a delay and otherwise cancel and refund as required. An estimated delivery date does not remove these obligations.

7. Changes and cancellations

Email us immediately if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. We will try to make the change, but it may not be possible after processing or dispatch. This does not restrict statutory cancellation rights, the shipping-delay rights above or remedies for an incorrect or defective item.

8. Refunds and product issues

Our refund policy explains the available process. For US products carrying our no-return refund offer, contact us within 14 days after delivery with your order number and a description. After order verification and approval, we refund the affected item amount paid, its allocated standard shipping charge and refundable taxes to the original payment method without requiring a return. TAFIN is responsible for that refund; it does not depend on reimbursement from a supplier.

For a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item, contact us with the available details; photos can help us review damaged or incorrect items. Do not send an item to our registered office. The voluntary offer and its time limit do not limit non-waivable consumer rights. Payment-provider processing times may affect when an approved refund appears in your account.

9. Content and external services

Store text, designs and media belong to TAFIN or their respective rights holders. You may use the site to browse, make purchases and keep records of your own orders. Do not reproduce or exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis. External websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Privacy and communications

Our privacy policy explains the handling of personal information. We use the contact information supplied with your order for order and service communications. Marketing subscriptions are optional, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary order updates.

11. Questions and disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue with your order. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a right to bring a complaint or restrict a forum available under applicable consumer law. Any applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. The update date appears above. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
